PediBands are a set of 5 colour coded 250mm therapy bands which were developed by leading Podiatrists in association with elite national sports teams. The PediBands offer specific resistance levels required for effective strength conditioning and rehabilitation of the lower limbs, particularly the foot and ankle. Each PediBand is manufactured using non-toxic 100% natural latex.

What Conditions Can The PediBands Be Used For?
The PediBands offer a range of resistance levels from 5-30lbs. They can be used for strength and conditioning purposes or as part of a rehabilitation program following injury. Pedibands are ideal for use with ankle instabilities, various foot injuries, tendonitis, bunions and toe problems.
How Do The PediBands Work?
Pedibands work by creating a suitably controlled resistance needed to achieve full muscle fibre recruitment (i.e. they work all the muscles). Using the Pediband as part of an exercise or rehab program, forces muscle fibres to contract which leads to an increase in both muscular and bone strength.
The 5 different levels of resistance offered in the Pediband set are specifically targeted to application of the lower limb, particularly inversion / eversion and dorsiflexion / plantar flexion exercises of the foot and ankle.
How Do You Use The PediBands?
Simply choose the desired colour coded therapy band depending upon the level of resistance required and follow the exercises detailed in the Rehabilitation Guide enclosed within the Pediband packaging. Alternatively, you should consult a Healthcare Professional for a tailored program.
